Case: Tallink Grupp

Tallink Grupp is the leading provider of high-quality mini-cruise and passenger transport services in the northern Baltic Sea region. It is also the leading supplier of Ro-Ro cargo services on selected routes. It serves approximately 10 million customers a year.

The Challenge

Tallink Grupp were looking to upgrade the room booking solution of their conference area, which consists of nine meeting rooms and one summary screen.

The Solution

Together with our partner Pro-Solve, we suggested the PADS4 Smart Meeting Room Digital Signage application for the task. In relation to the summary screen, Pro-Solve decided to use our Android Box PC, the ABPC-543. "We found that ABPC-543 was the best solution since it has an HDMI 4K output and can be fitted to any screen with an HDMI interface", said Tarmo Turgan of Pro-Solve. "The ABPC-543 is the best solution for a summary screen player because it is small and has both a wired or wireless Ethernet connection."

The Result
